The required documents to get the visa stamped are:

1. Visa copy (Original visa is not required)

2. Valid Passport for at least six months

3. Two passport size photographs

4. Sponsor’s passport copy

5. Sponsor’s Iqama copy

6. Relationship proof with sponsor (in case of parents or children, the passport is enough, in case of spouse, the attested marriage certificate is required, and in case of in-laws, Iqama and passport copy of both of the spouse is required)

7. Polio certificate (In case of child below 12 years)

Saudi Arabia Business Visa

Business Visa Requirement:

1. Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.

2. Letter of Invitation or Visa Copy:
Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must send you an official invitation bearing the company seal and the seal of the Chamber of Commerce. The invitation must be original, not a fax or email.

3. Business letter:
A business letter of financial responsibility is required to be type written on company letterhead and addressed to "Visa Section, Embassy of Saudi Arabia ". Letter must include the purpose of travel, nature of business to be performed. Guarantee of financial support and should be signed by an officer or manager at the company. (See below for the sample copy)

4. Copy of Association proof with Chamber of Commerce:
A copy of membership with Chamber of Commerce (in India) that shows the association of your company with any one of the Chamber or Commerce in India (Chamber of Commerce- Delhi, Indo-German Chamber of Commerce)

5. C.R. copy (Company Registration):
The company (which has issued invitation letter) should produce a copy of registration.

6. Photographs:
You must provide two 2"x 2" passport photographs with white background.

7. Total Fee:
The total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee.
